I can't see how.What are they making plastic bags with nowadays that can withstand the weight of A ADULT HUMAN BEING? Even if she could hang herself with a plastic bag.Where did the bag come from? Are inmates allowed commissary right after they are processed? And was she fortunate enough to have the time it takes to have money clear on her books? She must have brought a Brick for a bag big enough to hang a person with? Or did she Sandra hang herself with her care package bag. Inmates are allowed personal effects like soap and razors. She must have got a hella bunch of county soap then.
