Without being a spokesperson on behalf of a Retail Entity if a Person wants to go out and sale merchandise that would have to go thru the proper channels obtain permits and a business license.With me I can sale Organogold all day as a spokesperson on behalf of the company.When it comes to my music that is a whole different story.Eventhough my music is copyrighted I still have no honest means of distribution outside of the lemonade stand law.So before my debut album hits Itunes and other markets I need to actually have the ability to make this move legally.
